Google Photos Wardrobe Feature Comes to iOS

Google today said its digital wardrobe option is available in the Google Photos iOS app in the U.S., India, and Brazil.

Google first announced the feature back in April, but it was limited to Android users until now. The wardrobe option uses AI to pull images of clothing from the Google ‌Photos‌ library, organizing them into a digital closet.

Users can put items together to create outfits and virtually try them on.

The app shows clothing items in a new Wardrobe section in the Collections tab. Clothing can also be viewed in specific categories like tops or bottoms. Items of clothing can be mixed and matched, and the results can be shared with friends or saved to a moodboard.

Google ‌Photos‌ is also getting 15 new templates for Remix, a feature that uses AI to transform images.
