Maybe it's a little geeky to know all the model numbers of the iPhone and their differences, and surely most members of the public would be forgiven for mixing up an iPhone and an Android one. But if you're working for Apple Support, it's on you to pay a little attention — and someone there did not.
For on July 29, 2025, the official Apple Support account on Weibo posted advice about parental controls on iPhone — and embedded a video in it promoting the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7. It wasn't even about parental controls, it was about "the treasure in the pocket, AI."
