Prosser is being sued by Apple for divulging trade secrets relating to its iOS 26 redesign
On Monday, it was learned that Jon Prosser — the leaker at the center of Apple's ongoing lawsuit — reportedly missed the deadline to respond to Apple's complaint. Less than a day later, he's insisting that's not the case.
"All I can tell you is that regardless of what is being reported, and regardless of what the court documents say — I have, in fact, been in active communications with Apple since the beginning stages of this case," Prosser told The Verge.
