The MacBook Air is 11.5mm thin, making it the thinnest 15-inch laptop. It’s also just 3.3lbs. Apple’s calling it the 15-inch MacBook Air but the screen is actually 15.3in with 5mm boarders. Like the 13-inch model there is 500 nits brightness, a 1080p camera and more. The chip is still the M2. BAttery life is 18 hours. And it will cost $1,299. Apple claims that the device will be “the world’s best 15-inch laptop.” It’ll come with Apple’s M2 chip. Apple today added the Thunderbolt Display and the first-generation iPad Air to its obsolete products list, meaning the devices are no longer eligible for repairs or other hardware service at Apple Stores or Apple Authorized Service Providers. Apple classifies a product as obsolete once more than seven years have passed since the company stopped distributing it for sale. Apple discontinues all hardware service for obsolete products, and service providers cannot order parts for obsolete products.
